Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a standard accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered website names in one single web hosting user account. This is attainable thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager menu. The other Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different web hosting user accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/administration options. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available Control Panel setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your hostnames in one single web hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel devices do not present such function at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and therefore they request TWO different web hosting user accounts: one domain name management/billing/support account and one web page administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will find out that the Hepsia CP is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to run it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP platforms work only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
